Our KTT team developed a KTT strategy for DeCarbCH Phase 2 (2025–2028) with professional support from Zoï Environment Network (Johanna Zwahlen). The focus was on the impact model and stakeholder engagement. Strengthening these aspects will enable KTT to move beyond communication toward effective dissemination and exploitation.
The development process followed a structured approach:
1. Review of relevant DeCarbCH documents
-
Stakeholder list, DeCarbCH Vision, Project proposal with Work Packages, DeCarbCH website (www.sweet-decarb.ch)
2. KTT Strategy Workshop (Buchs, OST)
-
Analyzing current KTT activities and identify gaps
-
Defining and clustering target groups (Stakeholder Mapping)
-
Outlineing operational KTT process, responsibilities, and channels (workshops, webinars, publications)
-
Focus on impact-oriented actions (Impact Model)
-
Collection of stakeholder inputs
3. Presentation of the KTT strategy to the Management Team
- Collection of top-down feedback
4. Development & Visualization of the KTT Strategy
- Word report and PowerPoint presentation
