In October 2021, MLaw Annette Zoller-Eckenstein, started working as a research assistant at ZHAW's Center for Public Commercial Law (ZOW).
Annette will focus mainly on the DeCarbCH project, about which she will also base her PhD thesis. Due to her work as an attorney in construction and public law, she brings a valuable wealth of experience in various legal areas. The specific topic of her dissertation is currently being developed, although it will focus on spatial planning and building law issues. She aims to write a practical thesis, which will require close collaboration with various industry partners.
